What are your candles made of ?
Our luxurious scented candles are made with a soy wax blend. We use lead free wicks and quality fragrance oils with no additional additives or dyes to ensure a long burn.
Where do you get your materials ?
We try to source all of our materials from local suppliers.
What should I do if my candle is tunneling ?
To prevent tunneling make sure to burn your candle for 3-4 hours during the initial burn. The candle should catch up and correct itself after a few burns.
How to extinguish the candle flame safely ?
We always use a candle care kit. We love the wick dipper. We dip the wick into the wax to extinguish the flame and stand the wick back up, this method prevents any smoke and mess. You can also use a candle snuffer.
We do not recommend using the lid to suffocate the flame.
There is a black ball shape forming at the end of the candle wick after burning
This is called mushrooming, it's a normal occurrence in certain brands of wicks. Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/4 inch between each burn to prevent smoking & soot build-up.
Why are there spots or patches between the wax and the candle container ?
This is caused by shrinkage of the wax when it's cooling inside the container, parts of the wax pull away from the glass. This will not affect the quality of the candle, it's extremely common in many candle lines and this is
perfectly normal.
I purchased a candle from your company why is the wick cut so short ?
All of our candles are ready for use, we cut the wicks to 1/4 inch to prevent smoking & soot build-up.
Candle care maintenance is very important as long untrimmed wicks become hotter and have larger flames this will cause your candle to burn up faster.
